(24cm crepe pan was used)
My Crepe recipe can make 15 to 16 crepes
A) 2 large eggs
300 ml milk
30g melted butter
130g plain flour or all purpose flour
Pinch of salt
B) 1000ml Whipping cream
100g-120g caster sugar
(sweetest is up to your own liking, please adjust it yourself by tasting it)
2 tsp vanilla extract
(Once whipped cream is done, Keep it In the FRIDGE BEFORE ASSEMBLY)
